Return & Refund Policy
At Lifestyle Enrichment Sdn Bhd, we aim to provide our customers with quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and refunds, subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Eligibility for Returns
 
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 - Clearance or sale items
 - Custom or made-to-order products
 - Digital goods (if already downloaded or accessed)
 
- Return Process
 
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

and reason for return.
- Wait for return confirmation and instructions.
 - Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
 - Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error
 
(e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- Refunds
 
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
 - Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
 
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
 - Provide photos as evidence, if applicable.
 - We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, at no additional cost.
