We offer delivery throughout Malaysia, including:
- Peninsular Malaysia
 - Sabah & Sarawak (via air courier services)
 
For international deliveries, please contact us directly.
- Shipping Options & Charges
 
Shipping options depend on your location and order value. Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
We use trusted courier services such as Pos Laju.
- Time of Arrival (ETA)
 
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery t imes vary by location:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 5 business days
 - Sabah & Sarawak: 3 – 7 business days
 - International Shipping: 7 – 21 business days (depending on country and courier service)
 
Note: ETA is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
- Tracking Number
 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
- Delivery Delays
 
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Inclement weather
 - Courier logistics issues
 - Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
 
We will, however, assist in resolving any delivery issues as much as possible.
